*Any Riding boot that is less than $200 is automatic steal in my book! Gryson is a beloved brand of mine and their simple but structured look is ideal! You can't go wrong and to be honest I want both pairs because you can always use a fabulous black and brown boot!

My everlasting LOVE for Urbanoutfitters.com (and their stores, of course!)

They have been having a sale, for probably going on a month now, and I can't even tell you what deals and steals have been going through that website - they don't even have the sales these great at the stores. Their "$9.99 and under" category is stocked with tons of great tanks, solids or graphics, racerback or thick strapped - it's UNREAL! And, if I'm not mistaken their coupon code of "SAVE25" is still going on, all you need to do is enter that in before checkout, and they deduct 25% off of the sale price - can't beat that (NOTE: Tank tops as low as $4.99 come to around $3.79 ... WOW)! 

 

A Guide to shopping on UO.com:

(1) Careful with their sizing - ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS, it's a great way to get a up-close-and-personal thought of the sizing, or look and feel of the item. And these reviewers don't lie!

(2) "Regular Fit" = choose your normal size; "Oversize Fit" = I would recommend sizing down a size or two.

Happy Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Month!

One of the wonderful thing about the summer is the ridiculous amount of SALEs that go on, and I'm not refering to the leftovers from the previous seasons, I'm talking the sales that companys / stores prepare their customers for months in advance ...One famous one being (and one of my particular favorites) the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale! Such a wonderful time of year, where we, the consumer, can obtain fabulous just-in items at sale prices!

Here are some of my favorites - some of which I have obtained, considering the sale has been going on for about two weeks now! Enjoy and remember you only have until August 3rd...So, SHOP SHOP SHOP!

(1) Stuart Weitzman 'Oporto' Bootie in Black suede and Mushroom suede (a light brownish color) (Orig. $395, NOW: $239)

This Bootie is awesome!! It fits amazing and is just beautiful on. We all know that Stuart Weitzman shoes photograph awkwardly (the toe always looks very old lady-ish and awkward and the shoe just looks super long and narrow), but let me tell you, in person these fall booties are to DIE FOR! Super comfortable and versatile, and the price - at less than $250 - for a Stuart Weitzman shoe, let alone a suede boot is unbelievable - this is a fall/winter MUST-HAVE!

(2) Truth and Pride Crop Scooter Jacket (Orig. $478, Now $299) 

If you are in the market for a leather jacket, especially a Brown one - LOOK NO FURTHER! This gorgeous buttery leather jacket brought to you by the fabulous people at Truth and Pride is an unbelievable steal at less than $300! I've been looking for a brown leather jacket for as long as I can remember and I couldn't shy away from this one, except for the tragic fact that they just don't have my size ANYWHERE! But let me tell you, this jacket is so comfortable and really can be worn with anything, and the cropped silhouette makes it easy to where it either during the day for a casual-out for the day-look or a more rugged edgy style for the night. Whether you pair this jacket with a white T and jeans, or more dressed up with a flirty summer dress; the wonderful thing about Brown leather jackets is that they offer everything you are looking for that you can't get from your black leather jacket. Sometimes we just need that softer rocker look, and this brown jacket will definitely deliver!

(3) Botkier 'Bianca' Round Pocket Satchel, available in Berry (shown), Brown and Black (Orig. $595, Now. $396)

Ok, so I know almost $400 is still a little steep - but this Botkier bag has been a timeless essential since Botkier started. Botkier is known for gorgeous creamy leathers and this 'Bianca' bag has been on my "Things I Want" list FOREVER! It's a gorgeous completely roomy bag appropriate for anywhere; either the office, going out or just an everyday bag. Let me tell you, I'm a LOVER of big everyday bags and this one is a definite yes! And in Berry, Black and Brown - all neutral colors - it's a total deal!

I can't believe how I have completely neglected my blog...

And the thing is I really haven't been THAT busy, I just have not really been posting and this is what happens, the next thing I know it's end of July (almost two months later) and I have nothing to show for it...

SO - back to my goal of 1 post per week
